It is a fascinating area to walk and within its confines can be found the Latin American Tower, Mexico’s Palace of Fine Arta (Bellas Artes), the Plaza de la Constitución or Zócalo, Mexico’s main square, the National Palace (Palacio Nacional), the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the museum and archaeological site of the Templo Mayor, one of the most important of the Aztec temples.
